I’m actually really pumped for the Super Bowl this year.
Why? Because of the food, of course. You could probably already deduce this.
So, what are we eating/making?

- Buffalo wings from Heavenly Buffaloes (in Durham)
- White Bean Hummus & Pita Chips
- Rotel Dip & Chips
- Spinach Artichoke Dip (with kale instead of spinach)

This Chocolate Stout Cake!
Trust me- it’s easy to throw together, tastes like half brownie and cake, and is a wonderful marriage of chocolate and a little beer.
If you’re looking for a great stout, I would suggest Old Rasputin Imperial Stout, Bell’s Kalamazoo Stout or any stout from your favorite local brewery!
