Top Posts of 2015

Well, folks, it sure has been a fun year for think fruitful!

I’ve cooked so many new things, got new cookbooks, hosted lots of dinners and continued to dig into the local food scene here in Raleigh, NC.

As I do each year, I would like to take a look at the top posts on the blog this year to see what you guys loved and look forward to much more next year. (I’ll have my blog goals post up this weekend!)

1. Oscar Noms Party: Grilled Cheese & Giveaway

It was such a treat to be involved in a few giveaways and blogger events this year. From blog bashes to Christmas cookies to Blogsgiving to an Oscar Noms Party. I loved being involved and eating this grilled cheese…and I guess you guys did, too!

2. Whole Foods Weekday Takeaway

One of the most fun things I did as a local food blogger this year was test out the Whole Foods Weekday Takeaway from the Raleigh store. Man, were those meals delicious and a deal at $50 for one week (5 days) of meals.

3. Jazzed Up Potatoes- Broccoli Cheese Twice-Baked Potatoes

If you know me, you know I love a good potato recipe. I’m not even surprised that this one was such a big hit because it was twice-baked and delicious.

4. N.C. One Bite at a Time (Part 10)

Tea at The Umstead Hotel & Spa

I can’t even recall all of the restaurants and places that were featured on my N.C. One Bite at a Time lists this year, but it sure was fun doing all of the traveling and tasting. Indian food, drinks, tea time, Mexican food and more is featured in this Part 10 post.

5. What Do You Feel Like Eating- White Chicken Chili

It was so fun to bring this recipe to the blog this year. This White Chicken Chili is a classic recipe from some close family friends, and it’s seriously delicious. I even took it to my office chili cook-off.

Thanks for sticking around this year at think fruitful. I couldn’t or wouldn’t want to do this gig without all of you!
