Here’s an idea: Make a breakfast dish that you can eat throughout the week and that is easily grab-and-go!
That way, you’re not stuck at work or chasing your kids grabbing whatever is handy to eat as a snack.
I don’t know about you, but if I don’t get a substantial breakfast, I will be snacking all morning long.
Recently, I’ve been making lots of oatmeal or steel cut oats when I have time on the weekend and saving the leftovers for the week mornings. I think freezing oatmeal in muffin cups is a great idea, too!

If you’ve got some good bread on hand, then you’re in business. Whip them up, bake them then enjoy or refrigerate or freeze to eat later. They’re full of flavor, crisp and creamy, and a treat for any breakfast!
