Some nights are “ain’t nobody got time for that” nights.
These can include when you’ve had a hectic week, when the kids are all over the place or when you just moved into your first home.
(You can guess which situation I’m currently going through.)
Getting a tasty and easy meal is totally within reach when you’re in this mindset, trust me!
For this meal, all you need a tube of polenta, some tomatoes, garlic and a little Parmesan. Then, in a matter of 15 minutes or so, you’ll have a tasty Italian meal. Extra points if you’ve got some basil on hand to throw on top.
