I hope everyone’s OK with another easy weeknight meal recipe.

Even as a food blogger (or especially as), I’m always looking for new ways to liven up my meal plan without buying a lot of extra ingredients or spending a lot of time cooking.

Here’s another win-win!

If you’re a feta-lover, then you might get excited about this Arugula Feta Pasta.

It takes bow tie pasta and arugula and zests it up with a garlic oil and vinegar sort of dressing. What emerges is quick and flavorful.

And, extra bonus, this pasta is wonderful eaten hot or cold. We ate it hot for dinner, then I took it for lunch the next day and ate it as a cold pasta salad.

Because that’s just how our food should be: flexible.
